Show more "Cotton End is an independent living scheme in Bretton, Peterborough, consisting of one bedroom flats, suitable for single applicants and couples, set within a private and secure location, with communal facilities and well landscaped gardens designed specifically for the elderly.

As with all retirement housing in Peterborough, the properties at Cotton End benefit from a fitted kitchen, single or a double bedroom, a well-proportioned living area and level access bathrooms with either shower or bath facilities. Flats also have gas central heating, UPVC windows and an emergency pull cord system with all blocks fitted with stair lifts for easy access to first floor flats.

The scheme has fantastic gardens with a communal lounge where we host a range of activities throughout the year. There is an onsite laundry room and secure mobility scooter storage and bike shed. Plus, there's ample onsite parking for residents and visitors. Cotton End also benefits from a guest room which has its own shower facilities.

Central to the success of our Independent Living service is our friendly and experienced scheme manager, Kerry Goodwin. Kerry is responsible for ensuring your home is safe, secure and well-maintained. She can offer advice on managing your health and well-being, and ensure you are getting all the income you are entitled to. She will also encourage you to take part in social and recreational activities, both within the scheme and in the local community.

Rent averages at £115 a week, which includes maintenance, gardening services and repairs, so you can relax knowing your home is being taken care of." Show less
