At Tyndale House, we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance).Each flat consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom/s with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. Tyndale House offers a wide range of facilities, including communal lounge, two conservatories, kitchen, hair salon, library, lift, stair lifts, laundry, scooter store, large communal gardens including allotments and patio and car parking bays. We also have a guest flat for visitors to use.
The flats are located in a very quiet area, close to local shops including a supermarket and bakery. There are good bus routes to Rochford, Rayleigh and Southend on Sea, local GP surgery and chemist.
