The Court has a pleasant communal lounge, communal laundry, guest rooms, hair salon and an assisted bathroom & shower room. There is a limited bus service into Rochester and Chatham, where you can find a wide variety of shops and services. Borstal village has a chemist, fish & chip shop and a small convenience store with a GP surgery 15 minutes walk away.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
