The court has a pleasant communal lounge, disabled shower room, laundry room and a twin bedded guest room. There is a 24 hour emergency call system and door entry system for resident’s security. There is a Post Office, convenience store and a number of fast food restaurants close by. The court is a five minute car journey from the port, where you can catch a ferry to France or a cruise liner to the Mediterranean. With the Channel Tunnel a 15 minute drive away, travel options are vast.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
