The scheme comprises 40 single bedroom flats suitable for double occupancy. Within the scheme there is a communal lounge complete with fully fitted kitchen, which is extensively used for a wide range of social activities organised by our active Social Club, who also arrange regular coach trips to the coast and surrounding areas of interest. Home visits can be arranged by local hairdressers, chiropodists, and opticians. There is a doctor’s surgery, and chemist located in close proximity to the Village. Within a five minute walk, there is a retail park which includes a supermarket, major furniture shop and an electrical store. The local bus service can get you into Maidstone within ten minutes.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
