The court is on two floors and consists of 8 studios, 11 one bedroom flats and 13 bed flat. There is a non-resident manager, and out-of-hours are covered by an emergency system within each flat. There is a communal lounge, guest bedroom, laundry and a lovely garden. Shopping facilities are available in the city centre, which is within walking distance and can be accessed from a bus outside the court.

Our Local Housing manager service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
