Some parts of the building have a view of the Sussex downs. There are 46 flats, a large lounge area, laundry lift and a guest room with twin bed charged at £5 a night. The court has a small garden area and in the summer residents plant the pots up. There are bus stops a few minutes walk up the road, and a free dial-a-ride bus service when seats have been booked. Newhaven social club and swimming centre are also nearbyOur Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
