"Duke Bernard court is within a 2 minute walk to Eastbourne beach, about 20 minute walk from town or 5 minutes on the bus. The nearest bus stop is about 1 minute’s walk away.

There is a large residents’ lounge with communal kitchen, separate buggy store, laundry room, and an overnight guest room and private car park. The gardens are well kept, gardening is contracted but residents look after flower beds, a very good social area.

There are some shops very close by; the swimming pool and local gym are within 3 minutes by bus trip, and there is a local friendly pub within 2 minutes walk. There are also several social clubs in the local area with good regular activities.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.

Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
