Every resident has the positive choice, each day, to be independent and/or join in with the range of regular activities. Situated in the popular market town of Crook, with the bus stop close-by for travel into Durham (approx 9 miles) and the town centre of Crook within very easy reach, this court has 26 one bedroom flats. There are resident management staff and a community alarm service. Other great facilities include a lift, residents’ lounge, laundry, guest facilities and gardens.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
