Show more "Percy Court, situated in the heart of Alnwick in Northumberland, provides 10 double occupancy and 19 single occupancy flats. All flats come equipped with a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom; however all flats are unfurnished. The court has a communal lounge which is used for social activities and events that take place throughout the week. A hairdresser visits the court weekly and uses the hair salon within the communal lounge. There is also a library visiting service at resident’s request. Percy Court has a well attended communal garden and caters for guests of residents by providing a twin bedded guest room with an en-suite bathroom.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.

Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
