Consisting of 30 double and studio flats, all renovated with double glazing and a bathroom upgrade, Avon Court is ideally located. Local amenities are within walking distance with a supermarket, doctor’s surgery, opticians, chemist, beauty salon and a public house all close by. Also with a bus stop and train station nearby, public transport is well represented. Avon Court has a communal lounge with a 50 inch plasma screen and games console. Social events include: coffee mornings, games afternoons, quiz nights, race nights and trips out to the theatre.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents.
