The flats are provided with a cooker, electric fire and storage heating. On-site facilities include a communal lounge which offers wonderful views across Baildon Moor, a laundry room and a guest bedroom. The court is within walking distance of the village, for the more active tenant, but there is a good bus service to Bradford, Keighley and Bingley. The village centre has a GP surgery, pharmacy, newsagents, hair salon and a butchers. The court has a social committee that regularly organise coffee mornings, bingo games and outings.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
