Show more "Wallis Court is in a very quiet area, on the outskirts of Basingstoke, with a private well-maintained garden, which is looked after by some of our residents. The scheme compromises 16 one and two bedroom flats, and 5 studios. Facilities include a residents’ lounge, kitchen, overnight guest room with 2 single beds, laundry and shower room. In the last few years new kitchens and bathrooms have been fitted in all the flats.

The town centre is approximately 15 minutes walk for those who like to stroll however buses run every ten minutes to the town centre and we also have dial-a-ride. There is also a post office and supermarket within walking distance.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.

Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
