Show more "St Audries Court enjoys an attractive location, just a short walk from the centre of the pretty coastal town of Watchett in Somerset. Watchet is a lively town with a strong sense of community and there is always something for residents to do. The town is just five minutes’ walk from the court and holds a weekly market as well as music festivals and carnivals. The town has good selection of amenities including shops, pubs, social clubs, and takeaways.

St Audries Court has a range of onsite facilities including a residents’ lounge, guest room, laundry and car park. The court has an attractive, well-maintained and child-friendly garden which many residents enjoy taking care of or growing their own vegetables. The garden is a social space, with a barbeque and seating area where residents enjoy spending time in the summer.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.

Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
