The court consists of 18 one bedroom flats and 5 two bedroom flats. Each flat has a hob and a oven with either a Fridge or a Fridge freezer. On-site facilities include a communal Lounge, laundry room, communal shower room and guest room next door. The court is situated about 1 mile from Melksham town centre, where there are ample amenities. The communal lounge is decorated in warm inviting colours and is used every day by the for there social activities, which are varied.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
