Show more "Jennings Court consists of 30 one bedroom flats, 20 for single occupancy and 10 for couples. The flats have separate bedroom, a mobility accessible bathroom (walk-in shower), lounge, kitchen and hallway with storage cupboards – all fitted with emergency pull cords. The accommodation is over four floors. Ramps are provided for easy access to the main entrance and internally on the ground floor with a lift available to all other floors. For security, all flat front doors enter onto communal corridors with an electric door entry system on the main entrance. This can be realeased by tenants from their flats via a handset. The court is situated just a short bus ride from the city centre, is close to many shops and facilities, historical attractions and open spaces. The court has a pleasant communal lounge, kitchen and laundry room as well as a guest room that can be booked by residents for visitors.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
