Show more "Hart Court is situated on the east side of Southampton and is about 5 miles from the City Centre. The Court has a lovely private lawn garden with flowerbeds, which residents are encouraged to maintain if they wish. We are well covered by trees which gives the court privacy and a welcoming feel. The court is excellently placed for the local bus and rail services. You can take the bus from just outside the court grounds directly to Woolston then onto the town centre and the General Hospital; during the day the buses run every 15 minutes. In the local area there is a corner shop and chip shop all within walking distance.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.

Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
