Facilities include stair lifts, lounge, laundry, guest facilities and garden. There are local shops and services and a bus stop is adjacent to the court for the short trip into the town centre. Residents enjoy varied weekly social activities and the court was recently refurbished.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
