All properties have been modernized with new kitchens, bathrooms and double glazing. The scheme is situated within the village of Fawley and is set in attractive gardens, within quiet, rural surroundings. The scheme benefits from regular visits from a hairdresser, podiatrist and optician, and offers a pleasant communal lounge, laundry room and guest room.
