On-site facilities include a large communal lounge, a well equipped laundry room, a passenger lift and guest room. There are excellent transport links both by bus and train and Chester and Liverpool are the nearest cities. Local amenities, which are a ten minute walk away in the local village, include local shops, GP surgery, dentist, chemist and a supermarket.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
