At Anchor Court, we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance).

Each bungalow consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom/s with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. Anchor Court offers a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge, communal garden, an on-site laundry, communal parking bays and a guest room for visitors. A range of activities including bingo, dominoes, coffee mornings, lunch clubs and trips take place. The properties are located a short walking distance to local shops, library, hairdressers, pubs and GP services.

There is a bus route for access to larger towns e.g. Ely & Cambridge. There is a Scheme Manager service responsible for the management of the building, security and communal areas.
