Pull cords throughout including your own personal pendant. All pendant and pull cords are monitored by the scheme manager if on site. When manager is off site a 24 hour response service is delivered by TrustCall.
The communal areas of the scheme consist of a large communal lounge where residents meet up and take part in activities, a guest suite which is available for use by residents families, laundry facilities and a hairdressing salon which is open a few of days a week which varies dependant on custom.
