It is close to the park, shops, churches, and local amenities. The Scheme Manager who works 27 hours pw lives on site and is there to promote independent living with support from other agencies when residents require it. The scheme consists of 19 flats and bungalows. There are 5 ground floor with 5 first floor flats and 9 bungalows. Each flat has its own front door leading onto the complex. There are pleasant and well stocked gardens around the scheme which are tended to by our residents or by the contracted gardeners. Each property has its own lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
