Whole site accessible by wheelchair. Access to site not so easy. Distances: bus stop 400 yards; shop 600 yards; post office 600 yards; town centre 600 yards; GP 600 yards; social centre 600 yards.
Regular Social activities include: bingo, coffee mornings, craft, quiz and board games, organised by Residents, Scheme Co-ordinator, and volunteers. New residents accepted from 60 years of age. Both cats & dogs generally accepted (1 cat or 1 dog only).
