Boulmer Court has communal kitchen and a large communal lounge. Social activities between residents often take place in the communal lounge, the specifics of which relate to the interests of our residents. Boulmer Court has a guest room with two single beds and a shower room which is perfect for visiting relatives. There are extensive grassy areas with shrubs and flowerbeds that are cared for and maintained. There is monthly window cleaning and communal areas are cleaned regularly.

Boullion Hall is situated next door which is a widely used community hub that offers hot meals and various activity programmes with a great community feel.
