Show more "Our adapted apartments remove the barriers that people with disabilities or vision impairments face when living in inappropriate housing. The right home is so much more than bricks and mortar that provides shelter; it is a safe space that meets our tenants needs and where they feel comfortable and connected to friends, family and community.

Tenants’ well-being is at the heart of everything we do. We have 24/7, on-site house managers who are on call anytime in case of an emergency and are based at the development during office hours on Monday – Friday to ensure the smooth day to day running of the buildings.

We have a dedicated Tenancy Support Team who are on hand to help with any issues that tenants are facing. There is a Community Engagement Team who help run a range of events and sessions within the developments or online and help to create unique supportive communities.

Hilary Dennis Court opened in Wanstead in 1997 with 35 flats, to meet increasing demand in North East London. It is owned by IDS but Jewish Blind & Disabled provides the house management and support services. Hilary Dennis Court is for tenants age 60+. You will also need to make an application to Redbridge council for this development." Show less
