At Cecily Court, we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance). We also have 17 leasehold flats.

Each flat consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom/s with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. Cecily Court offers a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge, communal gardens, an on-site laundry, communal parking bays and 2 guest rooms for visitors. The scheme also has a hairdressing salon, hobbies room and library/quiet room. The flats are located within easy walking distance of a GP surgery, library and the village centre which offers a range of shops including a general store, butchers, chemist and Post Office.
