Patricia Gardens was built in 1985 and the outer building recently renovated in 2012. It hosts 29 flats, 20 one bedroom and 9 two bedroom flats, which are set in a courtyard garden and with the ground floor flats having a small garden area to plant their own flower arrangements. Local amenities to the scheme include GP surgery, shops, hairdressers, chiropodist, dentist which are located in the village. There are excellent transport links to Sutton with services to London, Epsom, Gatwick, and Cheam run from Sutton train station.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
