The scheme hosts 23 flats, 5 two bedroom flats and 18 one bedroom flats, each with easy access via a lift. Onsite facilities include laundry, guest suite, community alarm service, gardens and library. There is a bus stop outside that stops at Brighton and Hove railways station.
