It plays host to 19 one bed apartments and 24 two bed apartments. The onsite facilities include lift, guest suite, communal lounge and non residential court manager. Local amenities include supermarkets, banks, pharmacy and GP surgery. There are also excellent bus links to the town centre and Gloucester.

Various events are held on site including coffee mornings and bingo.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
