Residents can enjoy their independence, supported by the Court Manager and the friendly court community.
The court comprises 28 one and two bedroom cottages, set in attractive communal gardens, which residents are welcome to help tend. There is a residents’ lounge on the site for social activities, and a well-equipped laundry room. It also has two Car parks.
Copperfields is close to all amenities, including supermarkets, department stores, shops, banks and a Post Office. There is also a library, a swimming pool, twice weekly markets and a monthly farmers’ market.
Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
