The village opened in October 2013 and provides 240 homes for over 300 residents. It contains spacious, comfortable apartments for rent and sale and a fabulous host of social and leisure facilities all set within landscaped gardens.
Retirement properties at the Village are available for sale, shared ownership and rent. We have 240 one and two bedroom apartments, each with a hallway, living room, kitchen and shower room.
Many homes also have balconies or shared patio areas. Any person over the age of 55 is eligible to apply for a home in the Village. Whilst priority is given to local people or those who have a local connection, some homes are also available to people living outside Birmingham without a local connection.
