The Village provides spacious homes for affordable rent and shared ownership, and a host of community-based health and leisure facilities. If you are over the age of 55, living in Birmingham or have a local connection, and would like to apply for a home, please call us on 0121 503 1000.

We have 180 homes and over 200 residents. Approximately a quarter of residents within the Village receive help with their care. Dependent on individual circumstances we can support residents with significant assessed care needs, including dementia.
Homes at the Village are available for affordable rent or shared ownership. Shared ownership is where you buy a portion of your home and then pay rent on the unpurchased portion." Show less
