Manager's description

“In Rhos-on-Sea, just a ten minute drive away from the thriving seaside town of Llandudno, the private development company Adlington have built an outstanding selection of one, two and three-bedroomed luxury apartments and penthouses for sale, and MHA is providing specialist care for those who require it.

Designed to offer an independent and secure option for older people, the beautifully appointed apartments pay great attention to detail, from beautifully appointed kitchens with fully integrated appliances. A bistro, library, excercise room and lounges are all designed to foster a true sense of community, and Adlington’s award-winning garden designers have ensured that the new development is attractively landscaped.

MHA is providing round-the-clock on site care and support tailored to individual needs. Our care team will assess your requirements and offer whatever you need, whether it’s a few hours’ help with cleaning or ironing each week, assistance with meals or bathing, or more specialist personal care. We will ensure that there is always someone on hand to help.

Reservations are now being taken on all remaining apartments.

Adlington has plans for further developments with MHA throughout the North West, Staffordshire and North Wales”
