Popular areas within the home include communal and quiet lounges, an entertainment room and a well-stocked library. Outside the home have comfortable seating areas amongst attractive lawns and patios. The raised flower beds have wheelchair access and from the first floor you can also see the beautiful Ely Cathedral, plus open countryside. Meals are cooked by their very own chef, who’s more than happy to cater for dietary and cultural needs. Snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are available 24 hours a day and family and friends are always welcome to share a meal. Well-equipped bedrooms are well decorated, clean and comfortable. The private rooms also come with en suite facilities and TV points and ground floor bedrooms are available. Residents get very involved in planning activities with the activities co-ordinator and popular pastimes include quizzes, gardening, coffee mornings and many more. There’s no pressure to participate.
