This is a new "integrated care complex" for older people working together with the local authority Social Services, Housing Department, & NHS Primary Care Trust. Comrises 42 rented 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, 2 day centres, Chiropodist (NHS) and Bathing nurses (NHS). A unique complex in the heart of this small town.

We accept local authority rates only if the client can "top up" to meet the cost.
