We strive to promote the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of our residents, helping them achieve their potential, maximise their independence, maintain their dignity and to treat them with respect at all times. We believe we should act as their advocate, complementing relatives' and carers' involvement in order to ensure their well-being and rights and to enhance their quality of life in their new home setting. We will endeavour to provide meaningful and enjoyable activities that reflect the indidivual's interests and psychological needs while still seeing our residents as a continuing part of the community. Emphasis is placed on the nursing staffs personal interventions and support of each resident as a unique and valued person.
