Comments about Manor Croft Nursing Home

A wonderful nursing home for our dad. All staff were very caring and they really could not have done any more to make his stay a happy one, excellent care throughout his stay. Dad could have washed in morning and had a bath in the evening if he wanted. Meals taken into his room 3 sometimes 4 times a day and always warm. To sum up, a home with very high standards with an excellent manager and receptiionist, Neil and Caron - thank you.20/09/2016carole (relative of someone who lives/lived here)reply

This note is to say how appreciative I feel about the way my late brother Jack was looked after during his short stay at Manor Croft. The staff were extremely helpful and caring, and Jack on every visit never lost the opportunity to say how happy he was with the nursing and other staff who looked after his needs. It was also noticeable how considerate the staff were when he had visitors. His daughter and son-in-law obviously made a wise choice when he could not be looked after at home, in choosing Manor Croft. Please convey the appropriate messages to staff in light of the foregoing.19/01/2015ronald (relative of someone who lives/lived here)reply

My Mum was at Manorcroft for the last few days of her life and she was so well looked after. It made such a difference to her comfort and her pain. They were very kind to Mum - I wish she had been there much longer. They were kind to me when Mum died too. It was a special place with excellent staff.05/01/2014Janice (relative of someone who lives/lived here)reply
