This home accommodates 30 residents in 30 single rooms (30 en suite). It is a converted building with a garden. Facilities are available for family or friends to stay overnight.
Residents may bring their own furniture and choose their room decoration. There is a lot of flexibility about meals. Residents can usually bring their pet. Activities are arranged. There are opportunities to pursue hobbies and to help with gardening.
