The Laurels believes in offering individualised care and always puts the person, their families and their wishes and desires at the centre of all planning.We are a small, friendly staff team and have our own cooks who develop menus around individual choices. We also have an activity co-ordinator who will work with each individual to ensure they are meaningfully occupied both in the home and in the community.
Our manager is Esia North and she is a registered nurse and has been managing residential homes locally for the last 30 years - she has a huge amount of experience in many care settings and is committed to delivering high quality care to each individual.
All residents are welcome to individualise their bedrooms and telephones and Wi Fi is available in all rooms. There are two lounge areas and also a large country kitchen for all residents to access.
The courtyard is a beautiful sunny area surrounded by potted and hanging plants and all residents are encouraged to relax and socialise outside." Show less
