“Situated in the spacious grounds of Crossfield House on Redhills Road in Arnside are eight bungalows, built within the last few years to provide an alternative kind of accommodation to that in Crossfield House. Crossfield Court addresses a growing need among older people for independent living, but within a community and a secure environment, free from the pressures and concerns of house ownership.

The eight bungalows are self-catering and centrally heated. Cars can be parked close by, in the grounds of Crossfield House, and Arnside’s shops and other amenities are only a short distance away. Residents in the bungalows can use the laundry facilities at Crossfield House. They also enjoy use of the gardens and are part of the Crossfield House Community. Residents are allowed to bring an existing well beahved family pet, however pets cannot be replaced.

Bungalows one to four are semi detached and suitable for double occupancy, each having a sitiing room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Bungalows five to eight are built in a terrace of four and are more compact in design, being suitable for single occupancy each having a sitting room, bedroom, kitchen and shower toom....” show more
