“Perry Locks is situated beside the canal in the residential area of Perry Barr, just four miles from Birmingham. This modern, purpose-built single-storey home has been designed specifically to meet the needs of elderly residents. Bright and spacious, Perry Locks comprises four separate houses each with its own character. Three provide nursing care and one nursing dementia care. Each house has a comfortable, well-furnished lounge, a conservatory and dining area, and all houses have access to the landscaped gardens. Regular activities are arranged including bingo, crafts and games, as well as trips out to local attractions.
