We strive to promote and maintain individuality through choice and the right to privacy and dignity.Accommodation: The home is a double fronted end of terrace house, located in the london suburb of catford. The communal areas include a lounge, a dining room and a conservatory overlooking a large mature garden with a fish pond.
At the Welcome Care Home we can care for all but the most severe kinds of dependency. With the support from the General Practitioner and NHS we are able to ensure quality terminal care. Residents receive regular visits from medical practitioners such as the GP, Dentist and Optitian. Physiotherapists are also available by appointment. Staff Our staff are experienced, caring and committed, working closely as a team to promote a family atmosphere. Activities: Residents are free to determine the range and scope of their daily rhythm and to persue their favourite hobbies and past times. A range of activities are available and planned in accordance with the residents interests, skills, experiences, personalities and medical condition.
