We encourage residents to get actively involved in the decisions that affect them, and to choose how they would like their services to be delivered.Residents at Cranwell Court benefit from the purpose built environment, which comprises 52 apartments with sitting areas and surrounding gardens, specialist dementia facilities and 24/7 care and support services if required.
The design of our specialist dementia units provide memory stimulus to encourage conversations, individualisation so people recognize their apartments and important areas such as the bathroom more easily. Assistive technology is also being used to quickly alert staff to any potentially hazardous situations such as overflowing sinks and people getting out of bed during the night. Other features like responsive lighting will help improve safety for people with dementia." Show less
