The home consists of 36 individual flats with en-suite bathrooms, 16 with full disabled access. Peregrine House is a purpose built care home established since 1988. The windows are timber framed and double glazed. The care home is located in Tottenham, at the corner of St Ann's Road and Hermitage Road. It is close to shopping facilities and St Ann's Hospital. Local bus services run to Wood Green, Finsbury Park, Stock Newington, Dalston and Central London.
