The impressive country house has 13 beds and is surrounded by mature parkland and gardens.The therapeutic approach of care at Knowesouth is achieved through the close working relationships between care and nursing staff at the home together with Community Psychiatric Nurses, local GPs and the dedicated geriatric care team at the Borders General Hospital and Couldshields Assessment Unit. We pride ourselves on our strong relationships with families and friends of our residents and welcome visitors daily.
Our residents are encouraged to take part in a range of hobbies and past-times arranged by our dedicated activities co-ordinator who plans a varied programme everyday. In the grounds of Knowesouth there is Oakview, an extension to the house providing 36 modern and well equiped bedrooms ." Show less
