Our aims of nursing care : to provide a homely, caring, safe and tranquil environment, to implement and maintain a planned approach to nursing care where emphasis is placed on the promotion of independence wherever possible, but also to identify self-care deficits when they arise. It is our responsibility as professionals to prepare and encourage genuine teamwork within this multi-disciplinary setting.
