“Albert House is family run and situated in a quiet side street near the town centre, sea front, railway station, and is on several local bus routes. Only the front façade and roof of the five original Victorian houses were kept when the insides were completely rebuilt to give 38 warm,single, comfotable en-suite bedrooms with all the possible conveniences and safety features needed by the elderly. Four lounges and a dining room look out through French Windows onto two safety surafced courtyards with their tubs of flowering plants. At the same time everything in the Home has been renewed, right down to all furniture, carpets, curtains, electrics and plunbing etc. It is no surprise therefore with all that investment and our dedicated, long serving, and highly trained staff, that CSCI have awarded us the highest possible Quality Rating of 3 Star - Excellent.
