Set within 23 acres of beautiful gardens and parklands in the heart of rural Oxfordshire, Oaken Holt is a magnificent country estate offering residential and nursing care of the very highest standard. The stunning Victorian house provides residential care, while nursing care is delivered in a dedicated wing. It offers a mix of en-suite bedrooms and full suites in a setting that retains a wealth of period features.
Wytham House, our brand new purpose built home located within the Oaken Holt grounds, provides high quality residential dementia and nursing dementia care for up to 40 elderly residents. Adjacent, the Coach House, is designed for those that prefer a more intimate setting and offers high quality residential and dementia care for up to 12 residents.
Here at Oaken Holt, we have an outstanding team of highly skilled and passionate support staff. Being the manager, I have a qualified nursing background and lead the professional care team in providing the highest standards of tailored care. The broad range of care types within our estate means that Oaken Holt can deliver a truly dedicated and clear care pathway. It enables individuals to remain in one care placement, rather than having to relocate as their needs change.
The home is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission and has ISO9001/2000 and Hospitality Assured accreditation. We also work to the nationally accredited Gold Standard Framework in palliative care, ensuring the very highest standard of support during a person's last days.
