We provide person-centred care to meet each individual's needs, and offer specialist dementia support as well as respite care.Our home is ideally located close to bus stops. We have large secure gardens where people living here can enjoy the fresh air and entertain visitors.
Preston Glades' dementia unit has themed corridors to help people find their bearings, and is rich in memorabilia. There are several small lounges and a sensory room where residents can relax.
All bedrooms have TVs and great personal-safety systems. We love residents to personalise these spaces to make them more familiar and homely." Show less
